Laborer (Columbus) compensation: $15.00/Hour Our ideal candidate is reliable and has an outstanding work ethic, including solid communication skills. Competitive Pay and Part Time Hours (16-20 hrs per week) available. Will play a key role in a property's curb appeal, safety, and success. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interior common areas and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. -Will walk properties twice a month and pickup debris and trash -Remove trash from office areas and trash rooms. -Will sweep, blow -off, or clean Common Area Floors. -Will blow leaves and debris from parking garages. -Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. -Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models. -Uphold all company policies, goals and values. ** MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE, GOOD DRIVING RECORD AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour, Paid Daily Via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle Schedule: Flexible 2, 4 and 8 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday post id: ...
