Process Engineer-Wet Etch

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Monitor and control process performance, troubleshoot yield issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and introduce new processes to resolve quality concerns and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Install and qualify new equipment and process technologies to support production goals.
• Collaborate on technology transfers and participate in cross-functional troubleshooting initiatives.
• Lead task teams and manage small to medium projects, supporting integration and quality objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery, improve process capability, and drive reliability improvements.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of wet etch process engineering experience in fast paced manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
• Expertise with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch tools and processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize shifting business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a global team environment
• Experience with experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP)
• Six sigma certifications preferred
• Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred
