Sarospro General Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our cleaning, janitorial, and facility maintenance services in the Philadelphia area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service to guests
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues promptly

Required Skills:

• Experience in housekeeping management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hotel operations and guest service
• Knowledge of restaurant management and food and beverage operations
• Proficiency in MICROS POS system
• Understanding of labor cost management and budgeting
• Certification in hospitality management or related field

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay betweeen $13-$16. Negotiable based on experience.
