Irritant Smoke Production Operator

As an Irritant Smoke Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our production team within the Irritant Smoke Production facility. This position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in a unique manufacturing environment.

A typical day includes

• Processing chemicals into mixes for smoke irritants
• Granulating these mixes for pressing into various products
• Adding starter compounds and preparing materials for further production

Your Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Ensure all products meet quality standards with precision and care
• Maintain an energetic work pace in a team-focused environment
• Work comfortably while wearing protective clothing and headgear

What You Need to Succeed

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 50 lbs. (and move up to 100 lbs.)
• Skilled hand-eye coordination for various tasks
• Flexibility to adapt to different duties and protective gear requirements
• Be able to work in varying temperatures
