Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Payroll Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the Human Resources department supporting international payroll operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Global Payroll Analyst
Location: Overland Park, Kansas - HYBRID (onsite 3 days a week)
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

What's the Job?

  • Manage and execute end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Partner with global payroll providers, auditors, and benefits administrators to maintain service excellence and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, tax information, and deductions.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently and professionally.

What's Needed?

  • Knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to support reporting and process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different time zones.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
