Daily Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate regular dining service, menus, and special events
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and restaurant staff
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and food service areas
• Monitor compliance with health, fire, and safety regulations
• Hands-on leader who actively cooks and prepares meals alongside the line cook team

Required Skills

• Experience in restaurants, kitchens, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time hours with flexibility required
• Club restaurant provides lunch and dinner
• Must be available for weekends, evenings, and special events
• Hours may vary seasonally based on business needs
• Will occasionally step in to support operations during high-volume periods

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $42,000 - $55,000 (Based on experience)
