Overview:
Target audience: We are now accepting applications for May 2026 New Grads! If you have already graduated, you are encouraged to look at openings on our careers page. If you are hired, we will enroll you in the Nurse Residency Program.
Goal: To support new graduate nurses in their transition from novice nurse to competent nurse through professional development.
Length: 1 year program
Shifts: Typically 0.7-0.8 FTE working Day/Night (some 12-hour shifts or D/E availability), but openings vary
Eligibility:
Current nursing student graduating in May or August 2026
Required Qualifications:
Nursing license in state of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
