Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
• Process payments and orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend solutions and upsell services
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Required Skills:

• One Call Resolution experience
• Call Center experience
• Service Sales background
• Inbound call handling proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in bathroom remodeling industry
• Knowledge of asset protection and order processing
• Ability to handle order entry and replenishing tasks
• Experience with payment processing and resolution
• Merchandising and housekeeping skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $49,500.00
• Maximum Salary: $56,240.00
