General Practice Veterinarian (Associate Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a well-established small animal hospital seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join their thriving practice. This role is focused on providing high-quality care to canine, feline, and exotic patients within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule offers a consistent weekday rota with no weekend or after-hours responsibilities, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The position involves delivering comprehensive veterinary care, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Clinical responsibilities span from preventive and senior wellness to advanced surgical procedures and end-of-life care. The role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including both routine and complex cases, supported by modern facilities and a collaborative team.

Practice Details
The hospital is a modern, fully equipped facility featuring advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, including endoscopy, bronchoscopy, ultrasound, digital body and dental radiography, CO2 and radio laser surgery, high-speed dental equipment, and interpretive ECG. Services offered include adult dog and cat wellness, puppy and kitten wellness, exotic pet care, senior wellness, spay and neuter procedures, dental care, surgical services, diagnostics, laboratory testing, nutrition, microchipping, pharmacy, and compassionate end-of-life care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
