Industrial Engineer

Reports To: Industrial Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, standard work, visual management, VSM, Kaizen, 8D) to eliminate waste and boost productivity across the site
• Champion a continuous improvement culture, coaching Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to strengthen leadership capability and operational excellence
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, including layouts, workflows, sequences, and equipment utilization
• Lead cross?functional CI projects, ensuring strong planning, execution, tracking, and achievement of performance and cost?savings goals
• Oversee capacity modeling, production planning tools, and capital equipment projects, including design, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of industrial engineering experience and 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical capability, including data collection, root?cause analysis, and hands?on problem solving
• Proven success improving throughput and applying LEAN methodologies to optimize operations
• Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication abilities

Salary: $80K-$85K
