You will be responsible for supporting all Logistics and Materials Management processes within the Plant according to an Integrated Lean Six Sigma culture enabling achievement of the required production volume and eliminating loss. You will meet or exceed related KPI's in compliance with the Manufacturing foundations and standards (safety & quality) and satisfying internal & external customer needs.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage the team for optimizing Operational assets and workforce scheduling to meet production/ distribution/ customer requirements, including production & material planning, material planning & movement, warehousing and RM/PM & finished goods inventory management
Lead end to end Supply Network pillar, as part of Integrated Lean 6 sigma journey, to identify supply chain losses and develop & implement a road map to deliver best in class goals for cost, cash & service and loss elimination in line with the Mondelez International Supply Chain strategy.
Be responsible for Plant Warehouse and Re-Packing operations (internal & external) performance and delivery KPI's.
Be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws. `

Strong operational & supply chain experience in FMCG/CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance or 5s or LEAN or 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
Strong financial & business acumen, project management skills
Knowledge of Material & Production planning & inventory control, Warehouse, Material movement.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building

Education / Certifications: High School Diploma (Required)
Job specific requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years supply chain or manufacturing experience.
Green Belt certification desirable
Computer Proficiency (MS Office to include Excel, Power Point, Word)
Knowledge of SAP (ECC/APO proficient experience preferred)
Excellent Communication (Verbal, Written) & Time Management Skills
Strength in the ability to multi-task, strong influencing skills, attention to detail, ability to deal with ambiguity, and influence in a matrixed environment.
Action Oriented
Vendor Management
Supervision Skill (preferred)
Ability to work flexible work hours and be available to respond as needed beyond core work hours.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday (Rotating weekends)
1st shift (7 AM to 4 PM) (should be available on call on non-working hours as well).
