A private practice group with 2 very successful owner doctors is currently searching for a full time General Dentist. This practice is 9 operatories, fully digital and accepts PPO / FFS patients only. They have 1 hygienist on the team and are currently seeing over 60 new patients a month! The owners are VERY big on CE and are educational partners with Zimmer implants and Patterson, which allows for their doctors to get up to 15 hours CE, and they'll also pay for specific courses as well! They're offering a tiered percentage based on production, and the previous Associate (who moved out of state) was producing on average $70K a month. This opportunity also has the potential for equity partnership after 1 year. This is a great time to get into a private, growing practice.
