- Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit with ESEA endorsement issued by OSBOE.
High school diploma/GED equivalency; college-level training preferred.
Experience working within an elementary-level educational setting is desirable.
Preferred experience with educational technology.
Ability to effectively supervise elementary students.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with peers.
