Responsibilities
- Perform calibrations of inspection, measurement, and test equipment according to detailed calibration work instructions.
- Record results in Computerized Maintenance Management or Calibration Data Management System.
- Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective actions such as adjustments or component replacements.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure reliable performance.
- Adjust, repair, and replace components like sensors, cables, connectors, and control boards.
- Monitor PLC or HMI program logic during certifications or troubleshooting to understand operational deviations.
- Use and maintain primary, secondary, or working calibration standards.
- Complete work order documentation accurately and completely.
- Identify workflow interrupters and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Participate in skill development to enhance team performance.
- Communicate work effectively to system operators and key partners.
Essential Skills
- Experience with calibrations including pressure transmitters, airflow measurement, and temperature pressure.
- Proficient in PLC Troubleshooting, particularly with Allen Bradley systems.
- 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with calibration and maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E (electrical safety standards for workplaces).
The position is based in a clean and climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility with a mix of office space, labs, and manufacturing areas. The role offers flexibility around hours, with a minimum of 40 hours expected per week. Shift options include second shift (3:00 PM11:30 PM) with 30-minute flexibility for start and end times. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
