• Manufacturing industry experience
• Cost Accounting and Labor absorption
• Experience with cash forecasting and management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Understanding of consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities

• Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department).
• Applied experience using finance and accounting skills in labor-based consumer goods manufacturing.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, banking, and analysis/reporting of financial data.
• Manage the monthly accounting close.
• Financial Reporting
• Maintain corporate accounting policies.
• Accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Forecasting & budget planning.
• Capital expenditure analysis and reporting.
• Accurate cost analysis.
• Compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Provide guidance to Plant Management in the origination of capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests, ensuring proposals align with operational priorities and long?term strategic objectives.
• Prepare and review financial analyses supporting CAPEX submissions, confirming compliance with corporate policy and validating accurate, data?driven projections of project costs, savings, and ROI.
• Conduct post?capital expenditure audits and performance reviews to assess actual results versus approved forecasts and identify opportunities to improve future capital planning.
• Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties.
• To prepare and maintain the plant P&L, annual budgets, maintain GAAP control of financial responsibilities and provide analytical support to all plant functions and plant internal customers.
• Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
• Plan and participate in annual physical inventory at all sites.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Understanding of consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Experience with cash forecasting and management.
• Monthly financial statement and account analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and legislation.
• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).

Salary Range:

$120K-$125K
