A very well-known, large private practice in Bakersfield, CA is currently searching for a full-time Pediatric Dentist. This practice has 46 operatories, is fully digital, has an in-house dental lab (the best lab in the state!), a CBCT, a Rayscan, the latest version of iTero and intraoral cameras. The practice is PPO/FFS ONLY, and they have 12 full-time and 3 part-time Hygienists, and all Hygiene is assisted. The compensation package includes a daily rate and a percentage of production or collections (they're collecting over 99%) and a full benefits package that includes a 401K with 4% match, 100% of health insurance paid, dental, vision, paid malpractice, and paid time off.
