Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily sales and office operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in sales, insurance, or customer service while gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, client support, and sales processes. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with products and services in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer customer questions and provide basic sales and insurance support
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support daily office and agency operations
• Collaborate with sales agents to help drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and insurance processes
• Basic computer skills and comfort using office systems
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills preferred
• Property and Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required
