Job Description:

The Bair Foundation, a leading clinical services agency, is in search of candidates for QUALIFIED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS.

We are looking for individuals that love working with clients regarding our parenting program model for our adult clients, providing therapeutic behavioral services, mental health case management, and working with clients ages 4 through adult.

Job Overview:

Assess the well-being of clients and mitigate any identified risk with the direct supervisor and other appropriate team members.

Visit and call clients to assure the quality and appropriateness of services provided to each client.

Submit documentation of calls and visits within 48 hours of the event to the Supervisor.

Participate and provide services to each client based on the service needs defined in the Individual Service Plan.

Provide written progress reports on each client served that specially address elements of the ISP.

Utilize various assessment tools to prioritize and target problem behavior for use in the ISP.

Attend professional conferences and seminars to comply with state regulations regarding training hours.

Meet with county/other mental health personnel to provide a report on the client's progress.

Maintain productivity requirements based upon employment status as defined in Bair policy.

Documentation is to be completed concurrently or same day of service.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma with 3 years of experience working with at-risk youth.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.

Experience billing Medicaid for mental health services in Ohio a plus!
