Associate Dentist | PPO, FFS | Strong Earning Potential

Our client is seeking a motivated, surgically inclined General Dentist to join a large, well-established, and highly productive practice in Northern Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants strong earnings, advanced procedures, and a collaborative team environment—without Medicaid and with a predictable 4-day schedule.

Practice Overview

• Practice Model: Multi-provider practice

• Doctors: 1 full-time GP currently onsite

• Operatories: 13 fully equipped ops

• Support Team: 5 full-time hygienists and experienced EDDAs

• Schedule:

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Patient Base: Predominantly adult and geriatric patients

• Clinical Mix:

  • Bread-and-butter general dentistry

  • Strong surgical volume (implant placement, bone grafting, extractions)

  • Endodontics and comprehensive restorative care

  • Invisalign (certification required)

• Technology: Modern, fully digital environment

• Payor Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service | No Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 28%–32% of production (sliding scale)

• Earning Potential: $300,000+ annually

• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Up to $25,000

• Time Off: 3 weeks per year

• CE Allowance: 30 hours annually

Ideal Candidate Profile

• DDS or DMD with a valid Colorado dental license

• Active DEA

• 3+ years of general dentistry experience

• Invisalign certified (or willing to obtain certification quickly)

• Strong restorative, diagnostic, and surgical skill set

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a large clinical team
