Required procedures: Exams, potentially scaling, and simple restorative, Needs to be willing to do restorative and extractions!

Required certifications/licenses (Medicaid/Medicare required?): VA Dental License and CPR, BLS

Support staff: Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Office Manager

EMR system: Dentrix

Credentialing timeframe: A few hours

What is the maximum acceptable bill rate for candidates? $200 per hour
