Salary Range: 100K per year

• Up to a $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
• Weekly Bonus based on Patient Volume!
• Clinic Director Profit Share Bonus

Youll Achieve Success By:

• Provide direct patient care while overseeing clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and outcomes

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team

• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to drive financial success and operational efficiency

• Expand clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing, and patient engagement initiatives

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in State of Arizona or ability to obtain a DPT license.

• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
• Students are encouraged to apply ahead of graduation.

• CPR and first aid certification required
