Coventry Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Director to lead maintenance, modernization, and
development efforts across its housing portfolio. This role supervises maintenance staff, manages
work orders, oversees budgets, ensures safety compliance, and coordinates emergency response.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years
of relevant experience (including 2 in a supervisory role), and strong knowledge of building systems,
procurement, and contract administration. Must be available for emergency coverage and able to
obtain required certifications.
