RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily plant operations.
• Drive manufacturing strategies and operating standards supported by Lean principles to achieve business objectives.
• Establish and enforce best practices across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Ensure plant performance targets are achieved in a cost-effective manner while meeting customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the corporate sales team to support, coordinate, and initiate growth and sales opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and empower teams through coaching, performance management, hiring, training, and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive, accountable work environment aligned with company values and HR best practices.
• Address employee concerns proactively and resolve operational and personnel issues effectively

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10-15 years of operations leadership experience within a highly engineered plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership at the plant or division level.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while applying strong business and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience serving as a change leader in complex, transformational environments.
• Deep commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
