Your Role:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to professional for all things HVAC! You will:

• Ensure top-notch performance by tuning up and maintaining Residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose equipment issues and provide customers with clear, understandable options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee our clients’ happiness and satisfaction.
• Keep your job site clean and your truck organized, so you always have what you need to succeed.
• Actively participate in training, morning meetings, and vendor-led technical sessions.
• Mentor apprentices, helping them grow into top-tier technicians.

What We are Looking For:

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• 2+ years of field experience (Residential experience is a plus!)
• A knack for problem-solving and staying highly organized
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass both driving and background checks
• Ability to pass a drug screening (Safety and responsibility matter!)
• A positive attitude and passion for exceeding customer expectations.

What We Offer:

• $60,000 - $120,000 per year depending on experience
