Concrete Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a proven Traveling Construction Superintendent for projects located within the United States with concrete bridge repair experience to lead field operations on DOT, and other government civil infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run complex work, drive production, and hold crews accountable.

What You’ll Do

· Lead day-to-day field operations on concrete bridge repair and rehabilitation projects

· Manage crews and subcontractors on DOT, USACE, and government-funded projects

· Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, engineers, and owner reps

· Enforce safety, quality, and compliance with contract specs

· Maintain aggressive schedules, productivity, and cost control

· Solve field issues quickly to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction

· Strong concrete bridge repair background, including deck repairs, overlays, substructure work, and concrete restoration

· Experience on DOT, Army Corps of Engineers, or other government entity projects

· Bridge jacking experience a plus

· Ability to read plans, lead crews, and make real-time decisions in the field

· OSHA 30 preferred
