Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in scientific research and technological innovation, is seeking a LAB Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV to join their dedicated team. As a LAB Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV, you will be an integral part of the research and development department supporting various technical programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Maplewood, MN
Pay Range: 25-32/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead and manage major technical programs involving scientific research, applied technology, and product or process innovations.
- Identify, plan, recommend, and execute innovative technical projects that extend existing technologies and develop new solutions.
- Document and communicate technical contributions through reports, patents, presentations, and publications.
- Establish and foster intra- and inter-divisional collaborations to support program success, including interactions with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Participate in strategic planning to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.

- Extensive experience in scientific research, engineering, or related technical fields.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to guide technical teams.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical reporting and presentations.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across multiple departments.
