Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temp to hire opportunity. The Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, and highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to move from assignment to assignment and pivot when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and edit documents, and reports
  • Assist with data entry, and document management.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
