Responsibilities:
  • Proactively track and analyze client health metrics, including adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and performance outcomes.
  • Develop and implement action plans for at-risk accounts to reduce churn and improve overall account health.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives informed by client feedback and industry best practices.
  • Lead Quality Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance, alignment with KPIs, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Own and manage the contract renewal process to ensure timely execution and minimal risk.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Finance, and Legal, to streamline renewal cycles.
  • Identify early indicators of potential non-renewal and execute proactive intervention strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to identify new service opportunities across departments, regions, or use cases.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that demonstrate ROI and highlight additional value opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements within Life Sciences, Data Centers, and Aerospace sectors.
  • Offer strategic insights and thought leadership related to evolving standards, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Translate complex QA/QC and technical services into clear business value for stakeholders at all Support other operational or strategic initiatives as needed to ensure organizational success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Quality Management within regulated industries.
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance frameworks, and industry certifications (e.g., AS9100, GMP, GLP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level clients in technical or regulated environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to clearly convey complex technical or regulatory concepts in client-friendly terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations calmly and effectively
