THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, Position Description Number T5923000 and is part of the OH HRO, National Guard.
This position is required to supervise a minimum of seven Human Resources Specialists and Human Resources Assistants servicing both Army and Air employees and may serve as the higher-level reviewer (second-line supervisor) where appropriate. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
