The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. These 2 positions are for Utility Cleaner. 24$ per hour. High schedule flexibility required but most work is done between 5pm and 1 am, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability needed. 40 hours of work, Full Time. Driving to different location every day is required. Driving Company Van is required. Driving out of town 5% of the time is required. English and Spanish language required. Staff member will be trained and required to master Utility duties such as strip and wax, carpet extraction, scissor lift driving, wall painting, polish and buff floors and more. Expectations are that also regular cleaning is to be completed as needed.
