Customer Success Manager - Bilingual (English/Spanish)Location: Columbus, OHSalary: $65k-$80k + full benefitsRequirement: 2+ years of experience in technical post-sales support/customer success ideally in robotics/manufacturingPosition OverviewWe are a growing robotics organization paving the way for AI driven hardware and manufacturing solutions. Due to continued growth we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that our clients receive exceptional post-sale support and achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. You will act as a key point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate challenges and maximizing their overall experience with our company.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices.Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product team to enhance our offerings.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.QualificationsFluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
