We are seeking a JDE Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our corporate IT team in Columbus, OH (hybrid - at least 2 days onsite). In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, and IT, leveraging your expertise with Oracle JD Edwards and related platforms (MES, QMS, CRM) to enhance and support systems that drive production, inventory, scheduling, and quality across our facilities. You'll identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology, configure and test system enhancements, support integration and data flow, and provide documentation and training to end users. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or ERP support (JD Edwards preferred), strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with integrations, automation, and tools like SQL or Tableau. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. This role may require up to 25% travel.
