Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional quality and responsiveness to client needs in alignment with company standards
• Oversee distribution design activities, including quality assurance and quality control
• Engage regularly with clients to sustain existing relationships and cultivate new business opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to achieve high performance
• Support and drive business development initiatives, with a focus on regional growth
• Ensure teams consistently adhere to company values, brand commitments, and code of conduct
• Foster a work environment that promotes professional growth and career development
• Provide project oversight, including management of engineering scope in accordance with technical standards, preparation of change orders, and control of schedules and budgets
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• PE License/Certification required
• Public utility experience required
• 12 years' relevant engineering experience
• Experience with project management preferred
• Ability to develop alternatives for processes
• Strong team building experience
