Audiologist Mobile / Long-Term Care (South Florida)
Ozen Audiology is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join our growing team providing mobile audiology services to nursing home and long-term care patients throughout the South Florida tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach).
This role is ideal for audiologists who want to focus on clinical care without retail sales pressure , while making a meaningful impact on an underserved geriatric population.
About the Role
As an Audiologist with Ozen Audiology, you will provide on-site hearing care services within nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Our model emphasizes continuity of care, patient-centered treatment, and professional autonomy . We manage facility relationships and logistics so you can focus on delivering high-quality audiologic care.
This position is available as Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract (1099) with a flexible schedule .
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
Provide hearing aid fittings, programming, and follow-up care
Counsel patients and caregivers on hearing loss and treatment options
Coordinate care with nursing home staff and clinical teams
Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Work Environment
Mobile position serving multiple nursing homes and long-term care facilities
Geriatric patient population
Company-provided equipment (personal equipment may also be used if preferred)
No retail or sales quotas
Qualifications
Active Florida audiology license
Open to all experience levels (new graduates welcome)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Interest in geriatric and long-term care audiology
