Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager III to join their team. As a Supply Chain Manager III, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates located near Arkansas

Duration: 8+ Month Contract

What's the Job?

  • Support demand forecasting and inventory management for key retail accounts, ensuring alignment with customer goals and supply chain capacity.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to reach demand-forecast consensus and execute supply chain plans effectively.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing regular reporting, forecast analysis, and addressing ad hoc requests to ensure high service levels.
  • Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and promotional programs to meet customer expectations and optimize inventory levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation, leveraging data analytics and technology tools.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelors Degree in a business discipline or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Account Management, or Shopper Insight Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing with multiple organizational levels and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with Power BI and SAP modules relevant to the role.
