Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's quality management system.
• Ensure incoming materials meet specifications prior to shipment.
• Support the sales department with material return complaints and other quality issues.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and workbench instructions.
• Perform other functions necessary to support internal departments and customers.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC methodologies and industry regulations.
• Travel as needed and work effectively under deadlines.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Semiconductor industry experience (highly preferred: Ultra High Purity products)
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) expertise
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• HTML proficiency (preferred, not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and enforce quality systems
