Site Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Foreman to join our team! The ideal candidate will have general construction knowledge and must have commercial waterproofing knowledge, as well as good communication skills.

Responsibilities include track and report job progress, overseeing and completing jobs through completion, forecasting job delays or starts, control job production, complete safety reports, JHA’s, time sheets, and progress reports. Evaluate material consumption and follow up with management team. Additional tasks include crew management, evaluating/assessing safety hazards, daily photo updates, send out formal correspondence to superintendent team and GC/Client, and maintaining project schedules.

This candidate should be experienced in communicating construction services and expectations with clients and management team. Coordinating with other trades on site to keep project moving forward. Delegate responsibilities to crew members. Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are maintained at all times. Reviewing construction documents for scopes of work and specifications. Attend project meetings, presentations. Solicit and maintain communication with Contractors and our Project Teams.

Responsibilities:

Optimize job tasks, schedule, and manpower on site

Keep team updated on completion goals

Effectively communicate job status with superintendent team

Organize and plan job tasks and schedules

Coordinate crew members to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget

Complete field crew timesheets and daily progress reports

Safety Toolbox Talks & JHA Reports

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s license

3+ years of experience in construction with at least 1 year in waterproofing

Ability to read construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards

Strong leadership qualities and communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
