Commercial Construction Superintendent

Sun Eagle Corporation is a 47-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Maricopa County. We are presently interviewing for a COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial, municipal and government projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have NEW BUILDING construction and electrical upgrades experience.

Applicants must have experience as a primary Superintendent on their resume. Required experience includes: using PROCORE project management software, building a construction schedule for a new, ground-up building using Microsoft Project; managing weekly meetings with owners/architects; manage subcontractor scheduling meetings; provide 3-week look-ahead schedules; 30-hour OSHA certification; daily safety walk inspections; manage all subcontractors; write all RFI’s, assist PM with monthly draw applications; review submittals and shop drawings, etc. Computer skills necessary.
