Service Tech / Installer

We are in need of two (2) experienced Service Technician/Installers for our Fairfield, CA location. These technicians will perform window installations, service calls, adjustments, and minor repairs.

Experience in window installation and/or window service is required.
This is not an entry-level role.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience in window installation and/or service
• Experience performing window service/repairs, including adjustments, hardware replacement, and resolving operation issues
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend, and perform physical tasks
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely (drills, screwdrivers, tape measure, levels, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand basic measurements and installation specifications
• Reliable transportation to the Fairfield facility
• Professional interaction with homeowners and builders
• Strong attendance and accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Perform window installation tasks, including removal, placement, leveling, and sealing
• Conduct window service work, including:
  • Replacing sashes, screens, balances, and hardware
  • Replacing IGUs
  • Correcting operation issues (sticking, binding, lock issues, etc.)
• Assist lead technicians or work independently depending on experience
• Maintain clean work areas, tools, and jobsite safety
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, superintendents, and team members

Assignment Details

• Location: Fairfield, CA
• Shift: Day shift (typically 6:00 AM start, varies by routes
• PPE: Steel-toe boots required; additional PPE provided
• Quantity Needed: Two (2)
• Starting wage:  $18.00 - $24.00 DOE
