We provide one on one training with our top agency owners to better help with education and real life experiences. Farmers's is looking to establish brick-and-mortar locations in key communities, and this could be your opportunity to build and own your business with the support of a nationally recognized brand. This is also a Non Franchise Opportunity which means there is no Franchise Fee.

As an Agency Development Manager, you will have the ability to immediately build your own book of business or work directly under a top agent for up to 2 years. With your book, you have the flexibility to sell your book of business or pass it on to a family member in the future, allowing you to build and leave a lasting legacy.

About the Role

We offer 3 flexible Agency Ownership Programs, designed to make launching your agency more feasible, whether you’re just starting out with no capital, or ready to scale. Our programs provide you with the tools, training, and support needed for long-term success, with pathways tailored to your goals and resources. You would start out as an Agency Development Manager which consist of you developing a book of business and managing your book for a future agency launch.

Qualifications

Ability to meet state licensing requirements: Property & Casualty AND Life & Health License
Ability to pass a background check.
For some programs, access to startup capital is required.
Reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
