Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and banking reviews
- Prepare journal entries and perform month-end close activities
- Conduct bank reconciliations and investment analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and organizational policies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience in non-profit organizations or public accounting with non-profit clients
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting systems and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
