Hours: Part Time, Hybrid

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated, hybrid Clinically Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, ongoing therapy and evaluations via on-site and teletherapy appointments in southern Minnesota, approximately an hour south of Minneapolis. LMFT is preferred, but role is open to other active licenses, including LCSW and LCPC.

Primary patient population is adults, with regular Monday-Friday business hours.

This part time, hybrid Clinically Licensed Therapist role includes a competitive pay package.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Deliver ongoing therapy to diverse patient population
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses
• Maintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systems
• 20 Hours a week Monday–Friday, during standard business hours

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active or in-process LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in Minnesota
• Experience working with patient populations ages 6+
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Passion for making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health
