As a vital member of the Customer Service department supporting the Client Service Unit, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Job Title: Commercial Insurance Client Service Specialist Location: Bannockburn, IL (Mostly remote, Must be able to go onsite as needed) Pay Range: $30.00/HR + Benefits Contract Duration: 1-Year (potential to extend and/or hire on permanently) Job Function: Manage and perform daily service requirements for select insurance accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs. Respond to basic inquiries related to client services, invoices, renewals, and other insurance-related processes. Support senior team members in processing renewals, issuing certificates, and managing client requests efficiently. Maintain accurate records within the system of record to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance or office administration, or recent college graduates with relevant coursework. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and data import/export functions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to obtain or maintain an insurance broker's license within six months of hire.
