Mobile Optometrist (Hybrid)

We're looking for a part time independent contractor OD to join our team as we service patients in various skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) throughout Sourthern California. Spefically, we're looking for several part time ODs who are able to provide anywhere from one day per week to a few days per month. Due to the nature of our patient base in SNFs, an expertise in using retinoscopy racks to refract is mandatory, as well as a comfort in prescribing topical and oral medication for any and all ophthalmic diagnoses we encounter (there is nothing rare in this modality!). This is the patient base were usually the last remaining modifiable quality of life metric is vision/ocular comfort, and that is what we strive for each and every day. We are specifically looking for doctors in the LA area, Riverside area, and San Diego area
