Compensation: Competitive base salary $120,000–$140,000 + up to 15% performance bonus

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a successful, high-volume full-service dining concept within a growing hospitality group.
This role is ideal for a chef-leader who blends culinary creativity with strong operational discipline and thrives in an environment where food quality, consistency, and team development are top priorities. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience, driving kitchen performance, and maintaining the brand’s culinary standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all kitchen and culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing back-of-house team
- Oversee menu execution, recipe adherence, and portion control
- Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, waste reduction, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Partner with leadership on menu development, seasonal features, and new culinary initiatives
- Maintain labor efficiency while fostering a positive, professional kitchen culture
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to overall operational excellence
QUALIFICATIONS
- High energy with a positive, professional attitude
- 3–5+ years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Proven success managing food cost, labor, and kitchen profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience building systems, training programs, and culinary standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven operation
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Stable employment history with a track record of growth and accountability
