Technical Estimator

Valued client is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Estimator to produce accurate cost estimates and schedules for commercial roofing projects. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver precise, data-driven results that drive project success.

• Develop accurate cost estimates and project schedules
• Analyze drawings, specs, contracts, and field measurements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Collaborate with project teams and support handoffs to ensure smooth execution
• Participate in post-project analysis to track estimating accuracy

Must have familiarity with commercial roofing systems and experience in project estimating or project management with commercial roofing.
