Board-certified or board-eligible coverage is required for 24-hour Q4 cardiothoracic call, including rounding and case coverage, with no clinic responsibilities. Services are provided at two hospitals, TMCA and SMC, with a low patient volume of approximately five patients. Cardiac surgery procedural certification is required, and documentation is completed in eCW.
