Whether youre prepping drill sites, assisting operators, or handling backfill and restoration, youll be an essential part of getting fiber infrastructure in the groundsafely and efficiently. • Assist drill operators and locators with job site setup and teardown

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

• Excavate and backfill manually with shovels and hand tools

• Perform potholing/daylighting to expose underground utilities

• Mix drilling fluids (mud mixing) as directed

• Operate small equipment (e.g., tampers, vac units, saws)

• Restore sites (grading, raking, seeding, sodding)

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment

• Follow all OSHA, company, and customer safety protocols

• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately

• 2+ years of experience in fiber optic installations

• Able to take direction from foreman and locator

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in trenches

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required

• CDL Class A is a plus, not required

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical

• Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player

• Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects required
