This key operational role focuses on scheduling drainage jobs, coordinating field crews, and ensuring project timelines are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule drainage division jobs using KickServe and coordinate daily crew activities.

  • Enter new job details based on incoming builder requests and client information.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Manager to maintain schedule accuracy and job flow.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding job timelines.

  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and update changes in real time.

  • Support office operations with administrative tasks and project tracking.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, or administrative support.

  • Familiarity with KickServe or similar scheduling software (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with consistency.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree a plus.
