As a key member of our hospitality service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations and greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
• Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry
• Assist with insurance reimbursement and billing processes
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Eyefinity is preferable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Typing proficiency and data entry experience
• Fluency in English and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Previous experience in a medical office setting

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30,840.00
• Maximum Salary: $42,430.00
• Vision Insurance, 401(k), Vacation Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off
